Some of them are contracted by the city authorities and owners of various public buildings, and others by owners of private flats and houses.
Therefore, the scope of hydraulic works performed in cities is very wide.
It includes both Pip drains and supervising the work performed after the flooding of the city by heavy rains and repair of hydraulic failure in flats and houses and installation of new sanitary facilities.
Such an installation can be performed by plumbers working alone or working in the company hydraulic system. While the work is carried out after heavy rains need to rent a large company hydraulic system.
Plumbing and its standards
Much of the plumbing work in populated areas is regulated by government or quasi-government agencies due to the direct impact on the public's health, safety, and welfare. Plumbing installation and repair work on residences and other buildings generally must be done according to plumbing and building codes to protect the inhabitants of the buildings and to ensure safe, quality construction to future buyers.
If permits are required for work, plumbing contractors typically secure them from the authorities on behalf of home or building owners.
In the United Kingdom the professional body is the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (educational charity status) and it is true that the trade still remains virtually ungoverned; there are no systems in place to monitor or control the activities of unqualified plumbers or those home owners who choose to undertake installation and maintenance works themselves, despite the health and safety issues which arise from such works when they are undertaken incorrectly; see Health Aspects of Plumbing (HAP) published jointly by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Plumbing Council (WPC).
WPC has subsequently appointed a representative to the World Health Organization to take forward various projects related to Health Aspects of Plumbing.Źródło: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plumbing

A drum auger is a motorized auger with modular blades designed for various gauges of pipe. A drum auger is powerful enough to cut through tree roots. Used unskillfully, they can also damage plastic pipework and even copper tubing.
Main article: Roto-Rooter
The Roto-Rooter is an electric auger invented in 1933 by Samuel Blanc, an American. His wife called the invention a Roto-Rooter, because the cable and blades rotated as they cut through tree roots inside sewer pipe.
Competing companies made imitations after the Blanc's patent expired in 1953, but the machine is manufactured by and for a United States company called the Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service.Źródło: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plumber%27s_snake
